available for use by guests .
Gas bar- b-ques and garden furniture are provided under an all weather pergola
which is set in tropical gardens. Sun lounges, tables, chairs and umbrellas
are available for guest enjoyment.

basement provides security parking in individual lock-up garages for each
unit.
The
complex has four lifts which provide access from the basement to the top
level.
